100,000 Homes Campaign: Pomona
Team Pomona 100,000 Homes Campaign successfully interviewed 79 people currently experiencing homelessness on the streets of Pomona during the early morning hours of April 26th & 27th. Over a hundred volunteers met at Shield of Faith to be a part of this movement. We are now in the process of entering this data and we will soon know who are the most vulnerable homeless in Pomona. With this information, we will be able to begin working with those most at risk for dying on the streets to help them into a home.
If you would like to find out how you can be a part of Pomona's Campaign, please call the Consortium office at 626-214-5986.
