100,000 Homes Campaign: Pomona

Team Pomona 100,000 Homes Campaign successfully interviewed 79 people currently experiencing homelessness on the streets of Pomona during the early morning hours of April 26th & 27th. Over a hundred volunteers met at Shield of Faith to be a part of this movement. We are now in the process of entering this data and we will soon know who are the most vulnerable homeless in Pomona. With this information, we will be able to begin working with those most at risk for dying on the streets to help them into a home.

If you would like to find out how you can be a part of Pomona's Campaign, please call the Consortium office at 626-214-5986.

Sponsor Spotlight

Mt. Sierra College has been an invaluable partner to the Consortium over the past year and a half. Through the commitment to this project from the administrative staff and the dedication of a few knowledgeable student interns, our website has been completely redesigned. The Consortium now has a consistent presence on the internet and guests are able to better navigate this website.

In addition to the work completed on our website redesign, Mt. Sierra College has supported the Consortium in creating informational and promotional videos from start to finish. The videos will help to share information about the homeless issue we are faced with here in San Gabriel Valley while bringing greater awareness of the fantastic services offered by local providers of homeless services.

We deeply appreciate the assistance that has been provided by the Mt. Sierra College team. Your support, expertise, professionalism, and knowledge has had a very positive and lasting impact on the Consortium!

Thank you Mt. Sierra College!
